Round Up of COOK IT HEALTHY:PROTEINicious event- Part2

Welcome back friends for another set of wonderful proteinicious food. This is the second set of entries which includes dishes with Paneer as main ingredient and also those with Soy products such as soya chunks, soya-bean, tofu etc. If I have missed any of your entry or categorised/linked it wrong, its only by mistake and please do inform/correct me.
