Hello friends, its now more than a week I have posted a recipe in my space. Last week it was my hubby and son's birthday. So that means it was a double birthday blast and you can imagine the festive mood at home which extended for few days :). I did cook some special stuff these days, but couldn't click the snaps of most of the food as I was busy. Also, a small party was planned to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday. Hence the last week was really busy one for me, it was like a celebration week.I am happy that everything went great . But surely I missed all your wonderful recipes !! Now I am back in action after a small break and will post my recipes frequently...:)
The most important task pending for me was the Round-up of the event COOK IT HEALTHY: PROTEINicious and thought of completing it first. As you all know that this was my first event and I was a little anxious about it. But it went so great and I am very happy about it. Thanks to all of you who participated in this and made it a big success. I was amazed by the number of entries I got. I received a total of 129 entries :).
I started this event with an intention of collecting and sharing all the protein rich food, so that it would be helpful for us to prepare healthy proteinicious food for the family in different and innovative forms. I have sorted out all the entries for your convenience. I have categorized the protein rich food based on the entries as Pulses, Soy Products, Paneer, Egg, Meat, Sea Food, Quinoa, Nuts and Others. I got the highest number of entries under Pulses. So I have again made subcategories like Pulses-Appetizer and Snacks, Pulses-Rice and Breads, Pulses-Curry/Sidedish, Pulses-Dosa and Pulses-Sweets.
This is the first set of entries which includes all the Pulses variety. If I have missed any of your entry or categorised/linked it wrong, its only by mistake and please do inform/correct me. Check out these wonderful proteinicious food at your leisure and hope we all can learn preparing new and different healthy food. Wait for the other round-up parts....!!
